Cheshire Best Kept Stations Success

Several Station on the Crewe to Manchester Community Rail Partnership were successful in the recent annual Cheshire Best Kept Stations Award, held in Northwich.

 

Chelford won the Best Kept Gardens award,  Goostrey won the Network Rail sponsored award arts projects recognising the excellent community engagement work with Goostrey Community Primary School, Handforth was awarded the Cheshire East prize, Friends of Handforth recently celebrated their twentieth anniversary  and Homes Chapel won the best staffed station award in recognition of the great work done by Graham Blake the station master. Graham has a great relationship with all of his regular customers.
